Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings of the 1:1 Clarity Session offered via the website of Babette Kucinski, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider.”

2. Description of services
The Provider offers a one-time, time-limited 1:1 Clarity Session (90 minutes).
The subject of the service is an analytical and reflective clarification of individual questions on a cognitive and systemic level.
The session serves to provide orientation, structure, and classification of personal or professional issues.
The service expressly does not constitute therapy, psychological treatment, medical care, or coaching in the sense of an ongoing development process.

3. No guarantee of healing or success
No specific success, healing, improvement, or change is promised.
The effect of the session depends largely on the individual situation, openness, and personal responsibility of the client.
4. Personal responsibility of the client
The client bears full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and results before, during, and after the session.
The provider does not give instructions for action, but provides clarity, perspectives, and context.
5. Distinction from medical and therapeutic services
The session does not replace medical, psychotherapeutic, or psychiatric treatment.
In the event of acute mental or physical complaints, it is recommended that you consult appropriately qualified specialists.

6. Booking and payment
Bookings are binding and must be made via the provider's booking system.
Payment of €250 is due in advance.
The session will only take place once payment has been received.
7. Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment.
In the event of later cancellation or no-show, the right to the session expires. No refund will be made.
8. Confidentiality
All content discussed during the session is subject to strict confidentiality.
It will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

9. Liability
The provider is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
The provider accepts no liability for decisions or actions taken by the customer after the session.

10. Final provisions
The law of the country in which the provider has its registered office applies.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
